Even when multiple patients arrive at the same time, we take time to address each and every one of their questions and concerns. Our interactions are meaningful and frequent. We believe it is critical for patients to understand any possible side effects, interactions between drugs, or necessary changes in a lifestyle. Mechanism of action, dosage instructions, and indications all have to be fully explained and understood.

As soon as your medication is ready for pick up, our staff will let you know. In case you don’t come to pick them up within two days, we would send a reminder, making sure that you have enough medicine on hand and that you are doing all right…because we care!
